Yea, I know that it works, I have done it all of the time, sometimes I have to turn my body so that the key is close to the car, sometimes it is just too far away I guess. And yea, you can program all the locks stuff through the MMCS. I did and it is so much nicer. I set is so that touching a handle opens all doors, and pressing unlock on the remote unlocks all of the doors. I really love being able to set things through the MMCS, it makes it so much more fun!

Do you ever read user manuals? Heh? It's all explained there pretty well with pictures and comments. Crack the booklet open and READ IT!
It won't bite you. I assume you car came with manual.
