I was wondering  if the use of puncture seal in a can will harm or damage the TPMS module? Does anyone have any prior experience to share?

Ive used it on a 2002 Tundra and a 2001 Integra, WORKED GREAT!  Filled up the tire so i could drive off.  I got the tire fixed/replaced a couple days later both times, as it is a temporary fix.  It will get you out of a jam for small leaks and punctures.

HOWEVER, I am almost positive it will damage the TPMS sensor.  It will get coated in a foamy glue and probably will need to be replaced.  It could be cheaper then a Tow Truck depending on you situation at the time.  Or use your spare.

I kind of suspect the sealant will damage the TPMS sensor at the very least.
I agree a spare or even a tow could be cheaper then replacing the sensor.
That beg the question: Will water or excessive moisture somehow got inside your tire will also threaten the TPMS sensor??
You would think the sensor should be water proof..

Tire fix-a-flat is horrible for TPMS or not.  It WILL ruin a TPMS sensor, and can throw off the balance of a wheel even if you have the tire repaired soon.  Most tire shops will charge extra (or even ignore the crap) to remove it from the wheel, as it can actually cake on and become VERY dificult to remove.  WORST CASE SCENARIO tool.  As stated above, use your spare.
