This may sound really newbish but I cant find how to change the time on the Navi system screen?

The time is set automatically via GPS. The only options they give you is timezone and DST on/off.

How do I get to the timezone section? My time is off by an hour.

Try the "Setting" button, it should bring up buttons for changing time, speed measurement, languages, etc. If that's not it try the "Info" button. It's under one of those.

If I remember correctly, press "SET", touch System, then touch Time.

After you pick the time zone, on the lower right on your screen, pick Day light saving on or off, this will set you back to the correct time
