What can I do to increase her horsepower?

ANY recommendations for a new :: AIR FILTER | AIR INTAKE SYSTEM | EXHAUST SYSTEM | EXHAUST TIP (prefer clamp-on) | ...and anything else that may enhance her overall performance.

Her torque is weak and her horsepower, too...& it's driving me crazy! I drive four different CALIFORNIA freeways, daily...

She responds, but she doesn't execute! HELP!!!!!

So, any and all suggestions are highly appreciated! lol.

i have never heard about V4 for 2001 gallant (correct me if i''''m wrong).
i know there is 2.4 16valve 4cyl.  is 4cyl  the same with V4?

first step is air filter and exhaust, it is will not spend much $$$.
