I've got a 97 eclipse RS. Resently gone turbo, got a new clutch, been working great for the past week when i decided to race it. I've been really easy with the clutch, haven't been kicking it at all just shifting easy when i just kicked it for the first time and now my clutch is all messed up. Im not sure what it is, im thinking its the slave cylinder but not sure. Here's what's going on.

If i "kick" my clutch it makes a noise, sounds like air or pressure building up. Then after about 3-4 kicks the clutch pedal gets firm and when i looked at my slave cylinder its pushed all the way out with the pedal up. Oh my clutch is stuck open! So bled the line, and the clutch pedal went back to normal and drives fine. So i decided well lets kick the clutch again, this time i did it in my driveway with the car in nuetral and after 3-4 kicks the same thing happens, pedal gets stiff, pop the hood looked at the slave cylinder and what do ya know! Its open and the clutch is open. Bled the line again, drives fine, but if i kick the pedal it just keeps happening! It wont do it if im easy on it but if i kick it, it does it.

Any idea's on what it might be?

just change out the slave cylinder. That should fix it. If it doesnt then its might be the master cylinder

I bought both a master cylinder and a slave cylinder today, it was like 107$ for both.  Hopefully its one of the two.
