The cheapest front mount kit is the CX kit that is sold on Ebay. I forget the guys name but its legit. It requires some modification to the car for a good fit. but its a quater the price of what 3sx sells their stuff for.

The FMIC is just not worth the $600 for me...yet

Put it on I-15 heading into Vegas, engage the cruise control at barely subsonic speeds, and no weather condition short of a chain reaction ignition of the atmosphere will keep it from getting there.

i've got that cxracing kit that you're talking about. the only thing you have to modify is the front bumper, and that's just cutting a little off the inside.. and, you can buy this kit from a few different places. lemmie know if you want one, i can help you get one for five bucks off..HAHAHA

yeah, and you probably won't be needing a front mount unless you're putting some fairly more powerful turbos on the car anywho.
