I have a 1997 mitsubishi eclipse gst and just recently my temp gauge has been steadily rising after about the first 5min of drive time... my ac also gets very hot... when i come to a stop it seems to go down slightly... I have checked and refilled the coolant with no results... I am not very car savy so I really dont know what all to try...  also have a fuel pressure solinoid malfunction,  I have no idea what, where or how to fix it, asked auto zone and they said they have never heard of one...  any help would be much appreciated...

Thanks,
Josh

first of all, dont run your car too much to the point of overheating.  it sounds like your thermastat went out on your car. go back to autozone or what have you, and get one for your car. it should be pretty easy to replace. also if your ac is hot, recharge it.

your fuel pressure solenoid is by your brake fluid reservoir if i am not mistaken. its just a wee bit too late to head out to check on the car. if you still have your vacuum diagram on the bottom of your hood. it should show you which solenoid it is... i will check tomorrow. and try to get a pic loaded.. even though i suck at loading pictures.

also, make sure your fans are turning on....
