02TitaniumGT -> Another NOOB (6/20/2008 9:50:19 PM)

Thought I would register and introduce myself and quit lurking.  As my name implies I have a Titanium Pearl 2002 Eclipse GT.  5 speed tranny, sunroof and black cloth interior and only 88,000 miles.  Typical mods on it, AEM CAI and Greddy cat-back exhaust system.  No clue what type the cat-back is but it is really no big deal.  I got it 2 weeks ago, previous car was a Laser Red 1996 mustang v6 automatic with 209k miles on it.  I miss the Stang but it was time to replace her.  I love the handling in this car, it is absolutely phenomenal.  It makes my mustang, which i thought had good handling, feel like ****.  I love my Eclipse [:D]  I could say more but I am tired and want to go to sleep.  Here is a picture of the Eclipse, hope you like her.  Have not figured out a name for it but one will come to me [:)] [image]http://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/3141/12597/241037.jpg[/image]

Looks nice and clean. Is that a crease on the front wing or just light trickery/shadowing.

If you''re referring to the fender...yeah it is a crease :(  That''s the worst part about the car.  It has two cracks on the dash but from the sounds of it that is not anything out of the ordinary with these cars [8D]  It has some hail damage but what''s to be expected from a college kid''s car sitting out in the elements all day.  I am doing my best to prevent any further cracking of the dash by parking it facing away from the sun and putting up a sun visor.  I am extremely please with this car and it has definitely replaced my mustang [:D]  The only plans I have for it would possibly be headers and halo headlights and possibly new wheels.  I''ve noticed a hair-line crack on a couple of the wheels where the spoke meets the rim so I''ll be keeping a close watch on it.  Again, thanks for the warm welcoming [:)]
