whats the difference performance wise between the two? will my car perform better with the mandrel bend or should i just get the crushed bend? i have an eclipse gs 2g, and im thinking about turboing soon, so which would be better? Thanks guys.

Mandrel would be better. With Mandrel its a true smooth 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust all the way through. With a crush bend you have those bends where it gets crushed and then its more restrictive in that area.

Correct. Mandrel bent doesn''t reduce the diameter as much as a crush bend.

alright thanks guys, im getting it done tomorro, mandrel bend, they quoted me for 250 dollars, cat back. My friend told me that was a decent price so thats what im doin

yea mandrel bend will be better, but for a gs you''d never notice the difference, i''d save your money, get the cheaper exhaust, and buy some rims or something
