i got a custom cat-back exhaust on my 98 gs. for some reason now when the exhaust isnt hot yet and i rev it to around 3k it makes a buzzing noise and sounds ricey as all hell. i have the stock cat on. any ideas on how to fix this?

Put the stock exhaust back on.

i had the muffler shop make it. it is a magnaflow
