please i need help really bad my windows are not working i have a mitsubishi 2000 2.4L when i try to open the windows from the driver side it does not work any of the two windows but when i try to open the passenger window with the passenger bottom it does work can someone please help me.

you probably need a new window switch on the drivers side. only way to be sure is to take a multimeter and start probing around

It is a meter with positve and negative and with a gauge on the top. to check on wiring if they are still working or not. It is usually used by electrician to test the wirings if they are dead etc etc.

you must have a short on the wiring on the driver side. or just take out the door cover and speaker and try to play with it. if you dont know I recommend to find a Automotive Electrician or regular techinician with knowledge on power windows at least your passenger side button works.

or Change the master button on the driver side.
