If you run 10-12 lbs of boost you will do damage to the pistons. If you want a temp repair, put the non turbo bottom end in and run 8lbs of boost untill you have your turbo bottom end ready to go back in. As for power I would imagine it would be similar to a stock auto turbo 1g. Non turbo/turbo differences- turbo, i/c, i/c piping, harness, injectors, regulator, resistor pack, ecu, maf, knock sensor, coolant feed to turbo, throttle body, pistons, cams, oil squirters, clutch, flywheel, exhaust manifold, downpipe, intake manifold, I think thats most of it.
