hey guys,

well i have a 2004 mitsu lancer ralliart, has about 60k miles, i just put all 4 struts, it has a cracking noise everytime u start shifting(on the rear), i replaced the rear sway bar links, but the noise still there. checked the strut and everything seem to be on place. COULD IT BE THE BUSHING TO THE ARMS??????i haven''t check them yet..... PLEASE ADVICE......thank you..

Was the noise there before you replaced the struts?

Check the sway bar bushings and the rear control arm bushings.  Does it doing over bumps and is it a klunk noise or more of a squeak?

Do you have access to a drive on lift? (i know i''m asking a lot) It makes it easier to daignose a noise concern.
