I would like to purchase a used safc with wiring...

You might not be ready for SAFC.
Oh, and once you get SAFC you also need a wideband, that just about doubles the cost.

I know I will need a wideband, I would not be putting the safc on my car right away but I am building towards it. I have a fuel pump in the mail and injectors will be next month.
