I am looking into getting some HIDs for my 99 eclipse. I want something with a slight blueish tint to it but that will still light up the road. Which companies are good and what type should I get (i.e. 5000k 6000k 8000k)

Careful with the HIDs on the eclipses. It's a KNOWN fact that they used wiring that was WAY too thin for the purpose. I suggest looking into replacing the wiring first as well that way you won't have to worry about popping fuses and burning up wires due to the increased amperage dragged through the lines. The wiring used the MINIMUM size necessary to carry stock parts just bear that in mind when doing this conversion.
