Check for oil in water and / or water in oil, water level etc. Do you have a misfire, overheating ?. If all is ok here then I suspect it could be your Turbo.

^^judging by his name id say he doesnt have a turbo

Do a compression check. More than likely its the head gasket with that car. But it may have to do with running rich for whatever reason. But id just start with the compression

Yea definitely no turbo on the car, which is why its extremely slow
haha.
But uh well at one point i was driving without the header o2 cause it snapped
on me a while back and i knew thats why it was smoking then but ive got on a
new o2 now and it still smokes. So but yea, i had my suspicions on the head gasket
or possibly the valve seals leaking some oil into the motor and its burning off and
letting out the smoke, not sure. I''m gonna have my mechanic that i go to check it
out for me and figure it out cause idk how to do a comression check, considering
im basically a noob still at working on cars haha. I''m about to start tech
college soon tho for automechanics sooo, ill know everything soon enough haha.
Thanks for the help and info guys, although now i want a turbo but cant have
one just yet haha

I built and rebuilt many engines.

White smoke is water in the oil (gasket/crack)or running lean.

Blue smoke is oil.

Black smoke is rich.

If it smokes only on start up and for a few minutes the oil is getting past the valves. If it smokes the whole time you ride specialy at high rpm and on decel its your rings.
