yes 15psi is fine on the stock turbo. And what do you mean a stage 1...that says absolutely nothing. If you want parts the best places to look are gonna be buschur racing, ams performance, dsmparts, extremepsi, slowboy racing, ect. Just do a search. Your best bet is to just buy all the parts you want such as pistons, rods, ect...that will suit your needs
