Estraw Im not sure what to think of your responce above but incase you didnt know there is stuff out there to reflash the 3G ECU.   it is completely pointless unless you have header(s) or are supercharged or turbo

If you have to ask the question, you shouldn''t be messing with it.

You need what is called a piggy back device. For example, Apexi SAFC II

Everyone just quit telling me I don''t know what the **** I''m doing.

I have all the hardware and programs for other companies. I just need the name of the Mitsubishi programming software, its really not that hard of a question. I don''t need any "You shouldn''t be doing that, your a newbie" post, if you don''t have anything constructive to help me out I don''t care.

Sorry if that came off harsh but, I really need the program and I''m kinda pissed at some things at the moment.

Here is a site that sells the tactrix cable.

http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=TAC-OpenPort1.3U
Here is the site for the software and compatabliity list

I hope that helps a bit.  There are some people on  club 3g  who tune using it. They would know more.

Sebba these are the stupid ass posts you make that piss me off.  You have no ****ING clue what you are talking about yet your trying to tell someone who actually does what to do.   FYI sebba there is software to flash the 3G ECU its been out for about 4 years now a SAFC is the WORST thing to go with on a 3G to tune esspecially to tune for a turbo
