if u do all that to that motor u can easlily crank out 350hp.

How does forged internals give you more horsepower?  The stock bottom end is good for over 400 hp.  Your wasting you time building a motor for 250 hp.

this is the first eclipse i have built i know that the 6 bolt is the best and got this car for free for family member if the bottom will hold (which the honda f22 wont) i''ll leave the bottom alone and replace the bearings and seals i have a innercooler and oil cooler also i haven''t bought the header due to don''t know what turbo is good for the hp power so if i go 300hp. i have the head in the shop getting the works (stage IV). i know i have seen on here that the stock injectors re not enough for the stock turbo when turned up i want to push between 18 to 20 pounds to it if possable. i hear alot of people say the evo 16 turbo what is good for the upgrades the guy at the head shop said that with the head alone i''ll get a 15% horse power increase.  i was thinking the walbro 255lph and 750 injectors and also upgrade the fuel rail

If your running 750 injectors your gonna want to look into dsmlink and your also gonna need an afpr to control the 255 pump.
