is proabbly taking abotu a 5 angle vavle job and to be honest i know what it is called but dont knoow exactly what it is. as far as fuel goes, it all depend on what size the rubo is but most likely you will need to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors.

if all you are doing is the head work then no, you dont need to upgrade any fuel unless like he said you wanted to get more in depth in the mods such as larger turbo, ect.

and an angle valve job is basically they machine both the bottom of the valve and the valve port with angles. This will increase the area of flow slightly but will also will create an easier transition for the air making there less resistance and better flow. I think its worth it to have it done.

Here is a good piture

The one in the middle is a standard angle valve while the one on the right has a nice smooth angle valve job. I think just that angle alone give like an extra 15cfm which is pretty damn good.

that tells me absolutely nothing about the turbo. All it is telling me is that its using that size housing. That doesnt say the trim, a/r, ect. Please post a link to one your looking for...or better yet let us know what your goals are because you cant pick a turbo until you know what your goal is.

i thinik an evo 3 16g would be a good turbo for you or even a garrett t28 turbo. evo 2 16g is more work for the same price with a litle more hp you can get out if it. garrett t28. easy bolt up but not as much horsepower. i know it bolts right up to a 2g, not 100% on a 1g.

An e316g is a direct bolt on for 1g''s.  Anyway what are your hp goals?

For 250/280 hp a built head and forged internals is really pointless, I would spend the money elsewhere.
