My daughter's 2002 Galant needs a passenger side front caliper. Got one, took it out of the box and its different than what is installed. Tried several parts places and they're all the same. Her caliper's mounting holes are smaller and have no threads. The bolt screws into the mounting rubber boot. The caliper also has a shoulder to stop the rubber caliper pin boot from turning. The parts places gave me a caliper that has threaded large holes and no shoulder to stop the caliper pin boot from turning. Has anyone ran into this one before? I am thinking of trying a 6 cylinder caliper if I can find someone with it in stock so I can look at it first.
