I read the owners manual, I performed a search on this forum, I tried the method listed in the sticky above, and I even tried posting a question on an active thread, but I have been unable to turn my service reminder on and I can''t find anything to tell me how?

It is currently set to "off" and when I push the button three times like mentioned in the sticky it still doesn''t come on. I am trying to avoid a trip to the dealer to have it turned on. The build date on the Outlander is 05/2008 so I can''t imagine there being a problem with the vehicle itself. Any help is appreciated!

You have to turn the service reminder on?

hold down the info button while turning the ignition on.

Thanks for the replies. I don''t know what I did the other night when I was messing with it, but I checked it the next day and the service reminder was turned on and counting down :) I couldn''t get it to turn on the other day, but something got it turned on.
