Hello everyone! i''''m goin to need some help here in a few. I want to tune up and fix some things on my VRX   becuase its been sitting in storage for 7 months now becuase i have been in iraq and about to leave here in a few. i also want to add alittle power to it. here is a list of things i want done to it and see if u guys and girls can help me where and how i can do these things. thnx!

2003 Mitsubishi diamante VRX

K@N filter      *<this a good choice?>*
oil change             * <Whats the best oil for it?>*
trani fluid change          *<what the best fluid for it>*
coolant change          *<whats the best fluid for it>*
sterio               *<what should i get?>*
Spark plugs   *<whats the best type i should get>*
Spark plug wires         *<best kind?>*

anything els i should do since its been sitten there for 7 months?
