Your list of upgrades range in price from $20 USD to over $4000 USD. I guess the real question needs to be asked of what you are trying to achieve.

Since you added the Bull Bar and 20" tires I am wondering if you are planning on using this off off road purposes in which case I would say the suspension kit, all weather mats (go with WeatherTech), and also use a nose mask instead of the hood protector.

Mud guards provide no protection what so ever in places where your bull bar, 20" tires, and a suspension kit would be needed. The rear spoiler is an appearance thing only so I would count it as a being last on the list. iPod connector is a handy add on but not anything i think you really need I mean you do have the music server. If your looking at the Ralli-Art sports brake kit thats a pretty penny of an investment that unless you are doing real Rally use you really dont need. Sports grill again is appearance based change over only.

Air Filter replacement should be very very high on your list for replacement if your looking for a performance boast.

Cargo Cover and Cargo mat i count very high on the list go with WeatherTech for the Cargo Mat if you plan on being in dirty places. Hood protector is a waste of money get a nose mask instead. Scuff Plates also a waste of money unless your getting them for the look in which case you should add the rear step protector as well. Side window deflectors depends on your reason for getting them, for off roading they just get in the way.

Smokers kit? As a smoker dont you keep a lighter with you all the time anyways do you really want ash flying all over your car from the cheap ash tray they provide?

The Sun Roof deflector if you have a fairing for your cross bars just causes a weird wind flow pattern. You should only have a fairing or the sunroof wind deflector not both.

From a engine upgrade perspective you should also consider the earth cabling kit, and a replacement of the Front Strut Tower Brace Bar, Aluminum Engine Bay Accents is another thing to look at would also suggest the Ground Effects AERO Body Kit if your doing back road driving and want side protection for your Outlander.

From a storage standpoint in the cargo area the Mits Cargo Multi-Purpose Cross Bars are a good idea as well as a cargo barrier.

The Neoprene Seat Covers arnt a bad idea either if you plan on jumping on your nice leather all wet.

GET A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND WINCH OR COME ALONG IF USING FOR OFFROADING.
