first off hello all, im noob to forum. today i traded sks rifle for an 1988 montero. 2.6ltr 5spd manual truck showing 193k body is very good
does have easy fix dent left door and caved in front bumper. i already fixed that with jd tractor and chain. came right back out and looks pretty good for no heat during the pullout. my neighbor had gotten it at auction. marked on wndshield was "low compression" neighbor says he checked compression and it was ok. well ill recheck that but right now ill take his word for it.

anyway the little truck is in good overall condition being small and having the big back door i want to remove rear seat and drivers seat so it can be operated from wheelchair. thats the long distance plan.

anyway the little truck will not start it will turn over freely but not start. i really would like to be mobile again and get it going.
can someone might advise me as the systematic procedures to take to troubleshoot and possibly isolate this no start issue?

any advice on these questions will be greatly appreciated. much
thanks in advance.
