i just purchased a 94 eclipse 1.8 it used to  have a auto tranny in they converted it to a manual tranny they have spliced some wires and removed a wire from the fuel control relay i can get it to start and run but it acts flooded at first but then clears up also the fuel pump dosent come on when i turn the key to on has any one done a swap like this  is there  a kit or something so i can sort out the wiring please help

The car runs like that at the beginning because the fuel lines aren''t fully pressurized.  The fuel relay should only have 4 wires connected to it.  The fuel pump may or may not turn on until the starter kicks in. 
You may want to check the fuel filter, it can be ready to change that out.
Unless you like a cheap version of the autostick, I would have that "option" removed because the tranny isn''t made to work like that.  Those auto trannies build up a lot of heat.

So, what about a tranny swap?
