Well since the infamous pedal pump pretty much messed up my clutch for the last year off and on. i need to get a new clutch. my cars still stock and i just need a stock clutch for my car. are just the regular higher end part store clutches ok to use for now or should i buy one from a website....?

Did you check your fluid level?

If your clutch is indeed out, then I would recomend something like an ACT 2100 with a street disc. If you plan on staying under 300whp, then get the 2100, over that get the 2600.

Remember you need to have your flywheel resurfaced, or replaced entirely. If you choose to replace it, I personally recomend the Fidanza.

Yeah i checked all that. The person who owned the car before me put in a "stage 2" clutch, whatever that means, and the dealer i bought it from said he doesnt know what kind it was. He said the person put the clutch in 5k miles before he traded it gst in. And since i owned the car, i had pedal pump issues untill i figured out why and kind of fixed it. When i pump the clutch it was harder to push in than normal, kind of felt like a binding feel but not quite. but i figured out to get rid of the pedal pump because it was burning up my clutch and slipping after 15 minutes a driving at the most, i had to adjust it to where their feels like there is alot a play but actually the clutch grabs it. its kind of hard to explain. And ontop of that the clutch is starting to feel like its slipping when you get on the trottle a bit. Oh and not to mention my clutch adjustment is too the end of the rod under the dash. But im probably going to wait a few more weeks and save up and get all those parts.
