Does anyone know if i will get in trouble during inspections, for having a CAI for an eclipse in my car. I just want to know if they will flag me for that, in the state of North Carolina.

Here is the official manual: http://www.ncdot.org/dmv/vehicle_services/emissioninspection/regulationsmanual/

The inspection is basically for safety equipment (and emissions in some areas). Unless the CAI interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle, I doubt they would even look at it.
