Is the "P, R, N, D, +,-" down by the automatic shifter console suppose to light up when you turn on the headlights? I just got this outtie and it never did, and i always thought that it was strange.

Is there a way to pull up that part of the console and slip a light underneath so it does light up? Would the light even come thru?

It won't work....the light won't see through the "P, R, N, D, +,-"

hmmm... you might be able to if you could pop the plate out first.

then have either you or a professional cut out the lettering with a drill or something like that

and cover the bottom side with glass from a cheap picture frame.

wire up the lights and it should be good.
