well, there is a guy at my home track who had a low 8 second first gen eclipse, who now has an evo. he took the stock wheels off and has 15s on it with sticky tires, and no wing. he also has the interior lightened up, and he told me that he has a boost controller, no cat, and Every bolt on that he coudl find..Nothing internal, and hes running 11-teens,..which i think is damn respectable...and with the hood closed, you cant tell its been touched..it looks more like a OZrally lancer than an evo now...unfortunately, i have moved far from there...and hes a bit quiet about what is done, other than "no internal work"
