I've got a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 5-speed, I put on the AEM V2 intake and strapped on the magnaflow exhaust, I was wondering and please to call me out as a newbie or anything, but what kind of times can i see. Cause all and all i just want to be able to beat my friend with a 2004 cavalier, he's got the ecotec 2.2L and on top of that he's got the AEM CAI, 2.25" custom exhaust (cat-back), short throw, & lowered.

I know there are so many variables but on average, what type of times should i see and should i be able to beat him?

GS..thats the 2.4, correct?i actually dont know that ive seen an NA 2.4 at the track, but my guess would be that youll run in the 16s...maybe mid 16s...and his cavvy is lighter, so it may be tough, but all in all, it should be a drivers race.

Ya its looking like the winner is going to be the person who can drive better. (tip) Shift with out taking your foot off the gas. My 1/4 time decressed 2 thents by doing that.
