Hey Guys, I like everybody else bought 6.5" speakers. But they don't fit. Like Jewelz said before. I bought 2 pairs of Alpine Type S speakers. But they were too small like I said. So I had the smart idea of using the speaker mounts from the stock speakers. And it worked great. What I did was:

1. First remove the factory speaker.
2. Dremel the cone off. Yes, Cut the CONE and Magnet OFF.
3. Your left with an O shaped mount with the factory holes.
4. Lay the new smaller 6.5" speaker face down on this newly made O mount.
5. Now the tricky part. Carefully drill four new Pilot holes for the new speaker. Wilth 1/16" drill bit.
6. Screw down the speaker to the O mount and Install the Door.
There you have it...

The first speaker was the hardest because I didn't know what to expect. It roughly took an hour to finish. But the other three, I did in half that time. The Plastic is fairly robust, but I would still recommend taking your time not to crack the plastic. But if you do, don't worry just use some epoxy glue.

I know, I know post some pictures.... I will very shortly.
