1996 mitsubishi eclipse, where is the turn signal flasher located?

On a mounting bracket under the instrument panel to the right of the steering weel. Hope this helps.

Low Blinker fluid, Bad Muffler bearings, Weak Piston return springs, and Premature Boost leakage. I suffer from all of these.
