I installed some tweets over the weekend and i get a annoying buzzing sound from the driver side tweeter. Its not happening on the passenger side. I tried switching the wires around and that didn't seem to help. I switched the tweeters thinking it might just be a faulty tweeter, but that didn't work either. Does anyone know whats happening and how to fix it?

No its not the covers, if it was, then the passenger side one (the one that wasn't buzzing) would not have buzzed when I switched it to the driver side. It has something to do with the wiring, cause it gets faster when I accelerate. Thanks tho. Any other thoughts?

I could be wrong, but it almost sounds like something is grounded or not grounded correctly.. maybe a wire is bare or somthing

have you switched the antenna out, if so try putting the stock one on. If not check your plug wires for cracks cuz i know some times the wires cause interference with the radio

if that fails, try switching the passenger out to the driver.

I still have the stock antenna on the outside of the car. As for the cracks in the plug wires, I thought our outties had direct ignition?

It sounds like it might have something to do with the wiring if the buzzing gets faster as you drive. ..and it's only coming from that one spot eh?
