... you have a 4g63 non turbo, the turbo eclipses have a 4g63 turbo motor.

To turbo your car you need, a 1g exaust manifold, 14b turbo or similar, oil lines, ecu, fuel pump, injectors, down pipe, charg pipe, bov, intercooler, intercooler piping, colder plugs. Thats just to turbo it. The 4g63-t has a different head gasket, pistons, and rods. Meanning that your motor wont be able to hold the boost as well as a 4g63-t. If you have the cash just buy a 6 bolt off ebay for 1200, if not piece the kit togather. Dsm tuners.com in the n/t forum has a write up about exactly what you need.

not all 1G n/t have the 4G63...some of them are 4G37's.

its would be better to ask the guy if his engine is a 1.8l SOHC(4G37) or a 2.0l DOHC(4G63)

Good point but they share the same cyl head bolt pattern are. But in that case IDK if the turbo ecu will run the car. He may end up having to run a fmu/sfmu. Some kid on 2g nt.com has a talon DL-T.... it sounds like a wawa sandwitch.
