an intake will give you a little more uumph and will give better gas mileage.
a turbo kit will give you the huge power increases but will be expensive
upgrading the brakes will help out greatly with braking since the stock brakes are crap.
upgrading the suspension will make the car more fun to drive.
it all depends on what YOU want out of the car and how much you are willing to spend.
