ok i got a new question. a can a 25 be rebuild with a new compressor to be equal to a 16g turbo? If so dose anyone know somone that builds turbos?

AS far as I know I thought the T25 cannot but the 14b can be made as a small 16G but I may be wrong I am not a DSM guy lol

Yes, the t25 can be built into a t28, which makes just as much power as a small 16g. The price makes it not worthwhile though and any big16g is still a better turbo. Roadrace sells big 16g for only $500 and you may spend $800 just for the t28 parts. It needs a bigger exhaust housing and bigger wheels. The compressor side is the same

here is what i am thinking though if i send it to a local shop that i have been refered to to rebuild into a 16g i will not need any install parts to put it back in like ic pipe j pipe all the bs that you have to buy when u get the 16g and it might cost the same wouldnt that be a smart thing to do becuse there is less mod just unbolt and rebolt the turbo back on.

I forgot about the T28. And ya you could do that rather than buying a 16G but your better off with a big16G or even a small 16G they are just better turbos. you can gett install kit somewhat cheap id spend for the big 16G if it were me ;)
