ok since this thread is a ramble fest, lil red your sig cracks me up, I know people who actually fell for those jokes. and I used the pre amture boost leak on some kid before to because on my boost gauge it shows vaccume which is under 0 so when I was asked why I was reading -20PSI I told the kid(acura owner) that it was a boost leak LMAO. when it is really a VAC reading measured
20 inHG

Now I have metric readings so it will read 1bar for 14.7PSI and like 400mmHG or so now. I cant wait to till more people ask me why the EVO only runs 1 PSI or -400 PSI at idles. some people will fall for anything I swear.

lol i love doing that, I got a kid at my school he had just baught a lt1 and i asked him what year it was and he said 95, i was like no **** thats the year they upgraded to the brass fuel injectors and abs cam'S. the kid was like ya man its nuts. I told him that he should fill his tires up with as much pressure as possible because to get really good traction the tires need to be heavy and their heaviest when filled with alot of air.

Oh ok well here is what I was talking about... in a turbo car what a turbo does is compresses the air that is entering the Engine and most read the boost\pressure entering the engine in PSI, or the people who can do math read in BARs which is metric. atmospheric pressure is 14.7 in metric that 1, so 14.7 PSI= 1 BAR .... 1.1Bars is roughly 16.2 PSI all you do to convert is multiply 14.7 by x.xBars so 14.7 x 1.1= 16.17. metric is much easier to read on a gauge while driving you just need to do some math in your head. I just find it funny when people who act like they know cars inside and out and they look at the metric boost gauge and cant tell it is metric the assume it is PSI, so when they see my pic of my gauge reading boost at 1.1 bars and I get teh question asked why does your EVO only run 1PSI i laugh. here is a pic of the 2 gauges the one that reads to 40 is PSI the one that reads to 2 is BARs
