ok whats up im chris. short story, somebody lit my 93 jetta on fire in moreno valley and well i cant blame them. jettas suck. but im going into the air force and ima need a new car but im between a good few... a real good few. i wanted advice on which is the best OVERALL. i love cars, always have...but my family didnt so i never got to learn everything i could. i like to pretend i know alot but the truth is is that there is alot for me to learn and im a newbie... but ive raced alot so i know how to handle a HIGH PERFORMANCE car....and it wasnt the jetta lol(porche 911 turbo awd pushin 609hp*awesome*). but here are the cars i want to buy and tune up

2g eclipse gsx (love awd but its heavy, still alot of room to build on)*crankwalk*?
3000gt vr-4 (same thing)
240sx with an SR20DET S13 motor swap (good drift car and i find drifting fun)
lexus is300 with a 2JZGTTE swap (gotta love a lighter, better handling, and quicker supra)
rsx type-s (not a big fan of fwd buuut i drove my buddies and it performed alright)
wrx sti (awd but i hear of possible transmission problems)

but yeah i know some of you guys might drive one and are biased or whatnot but id like to know, overall, which is the best buy(least problems, lots of room to tune, handling acceleration top speed potential? thanks
