ok, i know it's not the best pic. but can anyone tell me what model this is? i'm thinking it's an RS, but how do you tell?

yes it is an RS, the 5 spoke 15 inch rims no wing no fogs ect ...ect

all you really need to do is look at the numbers on the tires. they are probably something like 215/50/15. if the last two digits are 15, then its an RS. if the last two digits are 16, then its a GS.
