ops i meant i just wait lol. Umm but one question is there a way to get more horse power other then turbo charge it.

there are other ways to get HP but none will give you the amount that a turbo will. look into intakes and exhaust. i don't know how many other performance parts have been designed for the 4G.

Yeah but intake and exhaust are going to be pointless if he decides to go turbo. The intake will be replaced whent he turbo is done. The exhaust he could skate for a while if he upgrades to a 2.75" pipe and aftermarket exhaust. Also look at removing weight from the car. The lighter the car the better the power/weight ratio. Depending what you're able/willing to do you can take out the spare and the jack, remove the sound deadening material under the carpet/behind body panels, remove unnecessary bracketing and metal... Just a thought.

well is shares the lancer R\A motor so parts should be availible rather quickly. and yes by all means your warreny will be down the tubes if you do that. mitsu voids an EVO warrenty for just a boost controller if they see it that is

i would agree, but theres no telling how long it will be before a turbo kit comes out. it could be over a year before a reliable kit comes out.

A 4G69 motor is a 4G69 motor, that said, parts used on a Ralliart Lancer are the same, but buyer beware ANY AFTERMARKET PARTS SEEN ON THE CAR VOID YOUR 10YR/100,000 MILE WARRANTY. Do you want to risk it?????????

engine bay size may differ so parts may not be able to swap

exactly. there is a good chance that they are swapable but its not always a given just b/c the engines are the same.

well for turbos i know hahn racecraft is looking for a project car for this because theya re so new and bodystyles have changes turbokits are not that avalable for this car yet compared to previouse years. as for the warentee it most likly would void the motor but what they dont knwo wont hurt them LMAO.

If you read the original post i never said hahn sold one for the car only that they were looking for project cars. besides teh link at the bottom that said build your own.
