hey i just got my 93' eclipse gs and im fixing it up... well anyway I HATE THAT WING! so i tried to take it off but i dont understand! i took off the panel and the screws point down... there is no way to reach in and unscrew them because the top of the wing is right above them... if anyway has any idea what im talkin about or how to do it PLZ respond!

The factory spoiler is removed from the inside of the trunk lid. There are three bolts, one on the right, one on the left and one in the middle. Mitsubishi puts a big blob of liquid rubber over the bolts to prevent rust; so you won't see the bolts, just something that looks like a big blob of black snot. Your brake light wiring will probably be run through the center column of the spoiler; so you can cut them simultaneously and not experience any electrical problems if you separate and tape them before hitting the brake.
