This happened to me a months ago, after my battery died and I searched everywhere on the web. I finally found out that all you have to do in order to reset the code is turn the ignition key to "accesories" and leave the drivers door opened for 1hr. Come back in hr and your stereo should display "code" and just input your code. Now, if you dont have the code already, all you have to do is go to any mitsu dealership with your proof of ownership of the vehicle and your stereo's Serial #. Let me know if you need instructions on how to get the S/N. On average they charge $20 fee. Well, let me know how it works out. "Live On D Edge, or U R Taking 2 Much Space" -- 99SpyderGS
