The Yenko Nova and Yenko Camaro were really fast cars. They posted 11.7 in the quarter mile...wheeew!!! Both muscle cars came with a 427 big block!!

I think any gear head knows those cars even though they are super super rare

The only problem with those cars are they're GM products... I HATE Generic Motors LOL... And ford... (Remember: Think about the ford symbol. And bear in mind Ford circled their problem.).

I agree, anyone who knows what a bowtie and an old Camaro or Nova looks like knows who Yenko is, how hard they are to get, and they were the the baddest cars of their time.
Quiz time
The Yenko's were COPO's and sold in Don Yenko's "Yenko Chevrolet" in which city?
Who did Don have as his development "right hand" ? hint....Mr. Chevrolet
I know this is Mitsubishi forum, but hey, the topic came up....

There will ALWAYS be Ford, Dodge/Mopar, and Chevy feuds, and I'm not here to say your choice is wrong or start a muscle car argument...it's all personal preference. Chargers are okay, my neighbor has a '70 R/T. Hemi 'Cudas are sweet, I have amodel of one and they are badass cars, But to laugh at the 427 Yenko, that's funny.

The problem with the new Charger, Corvette...etc. is the lack of sound from their exhaust. They just don't make the sound they did in the 60s and 60s because of smog, emissions, and limitations on the decibal levels. You can put an aftermarket exhaust on the new models but it still doesn't sound like the cars back in the day....

That's because cars back in the day didn't have jack under the hood (Look at the pics for my Coronet there's an engine... and a master cylinder... and a battery... That's it. Nothing on the exhaust and the intake is the round thing right in the middle... No CAI or ANY of that shyt.)
