I have a 99 RS and I just bought it a few days ago and when I test drove it,it seemed like it was fine.It has been raining here for a couple of days and the car seems sluggish when I pull out from a red light or stop sign.It has a cold air intake on it and I was just wondering if this is a common thing for the eclipse or what.

what do you mean by sluggish, is it kinda stalling or does it just feel slow.

The only thing that i can think is that its getting water in the intake somehow, is the cold air intake one that goes all the way underneath near the splash guards, and if so make sure you still have splash guards, other than that i don't know what to tell you.
