Seems to get worse when i turn on the a/c. its metal on metal w/out any doubt. my question is 1) whats going on? 2) can i fix it my self? (im bad with guages but motor stuff im ok with done tranny swapps and if any of you wnat to know anything about a Ford taurus SHO just ask.)

Ouch, Spyder-man don't you know it's dangerous to hate on a mod?  Just kidding, i'll let you go this one time only though.  Mitsu-Tech has years of experience on me and does deserve the recognition.  BTW, Mitsu-Tech you aren't the same Mitsu tech I know from TGC, are you?

BTW problem fixed and i did it myself. Main crank pully rubber let go. took me a while pondering how i was going to go about it until i realized that i could just take that plastic wall off hehe
