I just got a 2001 GT Eclipse and I thinking about putting better spark plugs and wires

What are the advantages of a top of the line performance spark plugs over the local autozone spark plugs

do they make the engine run better a little more Horse Power?

What kind of Spark plugs would u guys reccomend? and brake pads
