HELLO,
MY MITSUBISHI MONTERO SPORTS FINDS IT DIFFICULT TO START IF YOU DONT PRESS ON THE ACCELERATOR, COULD ANY ONE HAVE AN ANSWER TO THE LIKELY CAUSES?

Since you did not list the year this is a little hard to find an answer for and you did not state if the engine is cold or warm. This could be that the automatic choke is out and needs to be replaced.
