Ok yeah mine doesn't have that. I have a cruise control button next to the outlet and a coin holder. Behind the shifter is an ashtray, cigarette lighter, and the knob for the 8-way automatic drivers seat.

However, I am guessing that yours is an SL that had that nice fancy option included, and mine was bought with fewer gadgets.

I would logically think that it had to do with gas mileage concerning performance and money. I doubt it would be for the suspension because all the suspension "options" that I have seen in cars have been between normal and sport. Not between power and economy. I would really assume it is the gas mileage.

I'll check my manual for you tomorrow to double check.

Poot.... I am wanting to put the GReddy Type-S on my 97' GSX. What do I need other than the valve.. Could you set me up with what I need?

You can buy the flange (i think it's call that) and a harder IC Piping, which would be better. I left you a link

haha i have to say one thing. If you're unhappy trying to keep the chrome clean....white may not be your best bet. LOL.

nah, i'm joking. White rims are pretty sweet (just don't tell Emonz ) i'm brain farting (if you have already said) what colour is your 3kgt? If you like my exact ones they're here: Rims Mine are just powder coated white I believe.
I'm actually looking into buying a new set of rims. Looking at some gun metal or black rims. I Really Like These
But, i have to warn you. White rims are a Beech to keep clean. LOL

My 97' GSX looks alot like your car. Mine is also white. If I could get the rims that you gave me a link to but in white... That would be awesome.... I am looking to get this car presentable for when we to get together as a group sometime. I just spent a bunch of money on graphic with my buddy that owns a Vinyl graphic company.... He did a $450 job for me for just cost of material... I am wanting to get some pics to the forum soon so you guys can see it...

back to the button thing. I know that there are alot of cars that come with it. i know that many hondas have it and even my hyundai accent has it. I think it is like slow420a said it changes some of the computer settings as far as how much power it gives you or how much of an air/fuel ratio it uses. Something along those lines. I never really tested it though i always left it on....hmmmmm sounds like a good idea i think the next time i gas up i will leave it off the whole time and see what i get for mileage. I'll report back my results. HEHE

All right you do that. I am still going to check my owners manual today and see what it says about that button if equipped.
