I'm guessing the painting you did was the black? I'd suggest thinking about popping the side dash vents out and painting those too give it a little more accent ;)

I thought about that, but when I did it at the junk yard, and took it apart, I couldn't ever get it to go back together. So I decided againist it, for now. Maybe at a later date.

I used Dupli-Color Vinyl & Fabric spray paint. I went to a junk yard and got all trim pieces that I wanted to do for now and sanded them down, cleaned them, then sprayed 'em. I got the trim from the junk yard so if I didn't like it or messed it up, I wouldn't be stuck with it. It came out a lot better than I anticipated.

I like how you converted your air vent into a guage slot, Emonz lol. Very nice touch, looks like I have to go get some Manderin Orange and Gunmetal vinyl paint this weekend.

We spent alot of time doing the painting on his dash too. (emonz) the prep alone was kinda a pain cuz we had to sand down EVERYTHING. Then for the vents we did the red first and taped the ring. The taped the red and painted the ring. So alot of masking tape and sanding took place. I think the result of his car came out really good though.
